Join Jolene Mackie for this three week series to introduce you to the beautiful medium of oil paints! We will cover a variety of tools and techniques that you can carry into your own creative practice – all skill levels are welcome. You will be guided through creating two oil paintings inspired by Jolene’s stylized landscape paintings over the three week series, with a focus on light and colour, as well as blending and glazing techniques.
Canvas, and paint materials will be provided. You’re invited to bring any supplies you have at home that you may want some guidance with using. Please bring an apron, or wear paint-friendly clothing!
