Release tension in neck, shoulders, wrists, back, and hips, and explore healthy movement patterns to take into your daily life. Explore simple, secular meditations to nurture your creative spark and well-being. This class takes place in a quiet, spacious art studio environment. Please dress comfortably. Bring your own yoga mat, and a cardigan or blanket to keep you cozy in savasana.
